The core component of the one-step injection (stretch) blowing
process is a triangular turntable, which rotates at 120 degrees,
and the mandrel is installed on the end surface of the turntable.
- Station 1 THE FIRST SERVICE POSITION
The plastic melt is injected into the parison under low injection
pressure, and the neck of the bottle is precisely shaped. After
proper control, the mold is opened and the mandrel and parison are
transferred to
- Station 2 THE SECOND SERVICE POSITION
Blow molding is completed in this cavity by cooling and forming
station. (The mold cavity determines the shape and appearance of
the bottle). The parison is inflated by the air coming out of the
mandrel and close to the mold. Then, the mold is opened and the
mandrel and the parison are transferred together
- Station 3 THE THIRD SERVICE POSITION
Demoulding is completed at this station, and then packaging or
filling is carried out through the assembly line. The three actions
of injection, blow molding and demoulding are carried out at the
same time, which is highly efficient and energy-saving. Note: The
four-station injection, stretching, blow molding and demolding
actions of the injection-blow stretch machine are carried out
simultaneously. The core component is a four-corner turntable,
